I did get my order and everything was as expected, so I appreciate that they held up their end honestly. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a fair experience and I’d consider ordering again.

I ordered a handful of snacks and skincare items from Sukoshi Mart, and from what I remember, everything showed up in good condition overall. The quality felt solid, and I was happy with most of what I got. One of the snack bags was a little crushed, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t ruin anything. Prices seemed fair enough too. I’d probably order again, though I do remember wishing some of the items didn’t sell out so quickly.

The return process was such a headache. I sent everything back and then waited what felt like an eternity for my refund to finally show up. Support did respond, to be fair, but they didn’t really help much, so I was just stuck in refund limbo. After this whole ordeal, I probably wouldn’t order from them again

Shipping wasn’t too bad either. I’d probably order again when I feel like treating myself to something small.

I wanted to like using the site, but it got annoying quickly. Pages took longer to load than I expected, even simple ones, and I kept noticing little things like buttons not being where I thought they’d be or menus taking an extra click to get into. Finding a basic item felt like I had to click through three or four steps when it should’ve been obvious. Checkout was the part that really threw me off, the layout felt confusing, and I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on or if my info had saved. It just didn’t feel smooth.

My Sukoshi Mart order was packed nicely. The box was a reasonable size, and they used enough padding that the snacks and smaller items weren’t sliding around everywhere, which is really all you’d expect for this kind of order.

One corner of the outside box was a little squished, but nothing inside was damaged, so no real issue there. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box itself felt a bit sturdier, but overall it arrived in good shape.

My order seriously took forever to show up. I wasn’t expecting teleportation, but the delivery speed was giving full-on ‘professional dawdlers’ energy. By the time it arrived, I’d almost forgotten I ordered it

I was going to grab a few small things, but the shipping ended up being almost as much as the items themselves. Feels like this happens everywhere now with online orders. At that point it just wasn’t worth it, so I closed the cart and bought the stuff somewhere else

I ordered a few skincare things from sukoshimart.com i wasn’t expecting a huge difference but it ended up working better than I thought.

The cleanser and toner didn’t leave my skin feeling all tight or dry, which is a big deal for me. After about 2 weeks, my redness was way less noticable and my makeup has been sitting nicer too.

Shipping was totally fine and everything was packed good. I’ll probly order again once I run out.

I do like the shop overall, but the customer service was slow. I sent an email about my order and then basically sat around for a few days waiting for a straight answer. They did finally get back to me, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything, but it kind of felt like I had to keep poking them to get a response. Not terrible, just annoying when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on.

Thankfully, everything showed up sealed, with proper labels, dates, and packaging that matched what I’ve bought before in Japan. So, shocking as it may be, nothing looked fake, sketchy, or like it came from someone’s basement.
Shipping was fine too, no dramatic delays or mystery tracking situation. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy again when I need the real stuff instead of playing roulette elsewhere
